IF ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT TO YOUR SATISFACTION, YOU MUST SHIP THE PRODUCT  UNUSED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT FOR A FULL REFUND.   EMAIL NOTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO RETURNING OUR PRODUCT AND ALL POSTAGE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER UNLESS IT IS DUE TO OUR ERROR. 
     We are proud to say that our martingale collars are one of the lowest prices on the internet with equal or higher quality in webbing and hardware.  Martingale Collars with side release buckles are made on request for an additional small fee.  Nylon webbing is the base in all of our collars.  Our collars are sewn with many designer ribbons and trims and backed with Bridal Satin or Swiss.  Our tag collars and leashes are nylon webbing as well.  All are sewn with Gutermann thread.
